  • Unworn Pieces Policy

    We are more than happy to exchange your unworn jewels within 10 days of the delivery date as long as they are in the same, brand-new condition as when shipped. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Sale items are ineligible for exchange.

  • Warranty Process Details

    If your item breaks and is under warranty please fill out the contact form above, including a description of the item, your purchase date, and the problem with the item. If you need to expedite your repair or exchange, include your order number. We will be in touch as soon as possible to get photos from you to proceed with the exchange.

  • Warranty Coverage Details

    • LW Statement offers durability and affordability! It is made up of 18 karat gold over surgical-grade titanium stainless steel. These pieces come with a 150-day warranty due to their affordability, although they typically last much longer than that with no issues! All LW Statement items feature a blue dot on the price tag.
    • LWJ Everyday features 14 and 18 karat gold over 925 sterling silver as well as fully 925 sterling silver items. These pieces have a pink dot on the price tag and include a 365-day warranty.
    • Items purchased on sale or through our retail partners are not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty Shipping Details for Repairs & Replacements

    LWJ is happy to repair or replace any item under warranty, however the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping. If you have started a repair or replacement request, we will be in touch in 1–3 days!
